I love sports, running and working out. But one thing I’m struggling with is flexibility. I’m convinced gaining flexibility will make me less prone to injuries, and give me a better range of movement.
Here’s a trick I found the other day to increase flexibility in 30 seconds (and this is not clickbait):
Stand straight and try to touch your feet or the floor with your hands. See how far you can go.
Then take a small ball (like a golf or tennis ball).
Put it on the floor and press one of your feet on it.
Move your foot on the ball while pressing it so that you’re pushing everywhere under your foot. Do that for 30 seconds.
Then repeat with your other foot.
Finally, repeat the first movement: Stand straight and try to touch your feet or the floor with your hands.
